A Conceptual Framework for Intention to Use Travel Apps

This exploratory study aims to investigate the intention use mobile travel applications in Jordan. 7 predictors this have been carefully selected from previous studies conducted date tourism context, and more specifically context of applications. The SmartPLS version 3.0 was used assess 14 hypotheses using 500 surveys. Results show a positive relationship 6 constructs including aesthetics, trust, facilitating conditions, financial benefits, perceived usefulness, enjoyment. In contrast, word mouth has no effect on use. research provides some valuable implications for both apps developers travel-related companies. Besides, Government agencies can benefit results when providing application services distributing information customers. also contribute understanding emerging market applications, further proposed framework be utilized future as baseline model
